You Don't Need Another Random Workout. You Need a System.
Inconsistent routines, uncertainty about what to do, and the absence of a repeatable structure make it hard to sustain training over time. It is not a personal failure — it is a systems problem.
When you have to decide every workout from scratch, progress stalls. ShredCamp removes the guessing game: structure, skill development, accountability, and a consistent training environment.
What ShredCamp provides
- A structured training plan — not improvisation.
- Skill-based progression you can actually track.
- Accountability inside a coached small group.
- A repeatable routine that fits a real schedule.
Every Session Has a Purpose.
ShredCamp is small-group personal training, not a large, impersonal workout. Skill-based training, movement quality, purposeful exercise selection, and attention to execution help you train with greater intention — capped at 8 members per session so coaching stays personal.
Strategic functional training with real equipment.
Kettlebells, rowing machines, SkiErgs, Assault treadmills, Echo bikes, body-weight work, and unconventional training methods — combined with a purpose to develop strength, conditioning, movement skills, and functional capability. Not a random collection of exercises.
Build Habits You Can Keep.
Regular training, repeatable routines, accountability, and consistent participation support sustainable lifestyle changes. ShredCamp is built around long-term progress — not an unrealistic overnight transformation. The goal is a routine you can maintain for life.
Sustainable by design
Your Progress Should Have a Purpose.
Progress assessments take place every two weeks to help track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide the training approach. They are part of the training process — not an introductory assessment or a separate consultation.
Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition guidance complements the training experience and helps you make informed choices that support your goals. This is supportive guidance — not individualized meal plans, clinical nutrition services, or medical dietary treatment.
Consistency Is Stronger When You Build It Together.
A supportive small-group environment, shared commitment, encouragement, and the opportunity to develop lasting training habits alongside other members. ShredCamp is built around consistency, effort, progress, and community — not individual personalities.

What is ShredCamp?+
ShredCamp is Strength Training Club's structured small-group personal training program. It is built to help you develop sustainable training habits, build real skills, measure progress every two weeks, and maintain physical capability for the long term — not just complete random workouts or chase short-term weight loss.
How does small-group personal training work?+
Each training session is capped at 8 members so coaching stays personal. You train in a coached, structured environment where movement quality, technique, and intentional progression come first — rather than a large, impersonal workout where one coach can't realistically watch everyone.
How many members are allowed per session?+
A maximum of 8 members per training session. The cap is deliberate: it creates more opportunity for observation, technique feedback, and individual attention than is practical in larger groups.
What types of training are included?+
Strategic functional training — kettlebells, rowing machines, SkiErgs, Assault treadmills, Echo bikes, body-weight work, and unconventional training methods. Sessions are structured with an intentional purpose to develop strength, conditioning, movement skills, and functional capability.
How often are progress assessments conducted?+
Every two weeks. Progress assessments help track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide the training approach. They are part of the training process — not an introductory assessment or a separate consultation.
Is nutrition guidance included?+
Yes — nutrition guidance complements the training experience and helps you make informed choices that support your goals. This is supportive guidance, not individualized medical meal plans or clinical nutrition services.
How does the application process work?+
Submit the application at the top of this page with your details and training goals. Your application is reviewed against the studio's approved qualification criteria. Where the configured rules permit, you receive an automatic approval or denial; anything that can't be reliably classified goes to a manual review path.
What happens after approval?+
If approved, you receive a confirmation and access to the available ShredCamp purchase options. You review the verified terms, complete the authorized checkout, and receive onboarding instructions plus access to the Training Schedule. The program is $300/month.
How do I purchase a membership?+
After approval, select "Enroll in ShredCamp" to open the secure checkout for the $300/month ShredCamp package. Payment is processed through the authorized payment processor — membership access is granted only after the transaction is confirmed.
How do I access the Training Schedule?+
After your purchase is confirmed, sign in to your client account from the Account link in the navigation. Your profile shows your membership status and a direct path to the Training Schedule, where you reserve eligible training sessions.
How do I reserve a training session?+
From the Training Schedule, choose an available Strength Training or Boxing Conditioning session and reserve your spot. Reservations are subject to session capacity, your membership terms, and the studio's cancellation policy. You can view and manage your reservations from your account.
Your Next Chapter Starts With Consistency.
Build a stronger routine. Develop your skills. Track your progress. Create habits that support the life you want to live.
